Kunana Goat Cheese Beggars Purse

1 oz Kunana Goat Chevre
3 pc Phyllo Dough (Cut to 6inch Circle)
2 oz Melted Butter
.25oz Lemon Zest
Method-
Mix cheese and lemon zest then season with salt and pepper, brush phyllo dough with butter and layer with phyllo sheets, scoop cheese mixture in center of dough and pull up ends and refrigerate .Remove from refrigerator and bake in 500 degree oven for 3mins.

Pineapple Marmalade
5oz Pineapple (Small Dice)
3oz Onion (Small Dice)
1.5oz Brown Sugar
4oz Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method-
Heat sauce pot and coat with butter sauté onions and pineapple add sugar and let brown then add vinegar and simmer for 20 to 25 mins


Kailani Cured Lemon Salad

2oz Kailani Mix (Cut Bite size)
1oz Cured Lemon (Sliced Thin)
1pc Cherry Tomato
1oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Method-
Mix ingredients in bowl and arrange on plate
